Too often I am guilty of rolling my eyes to the whole organic movement- like a band that has become too popular and mainstream that teeny-boppers wear their t-shirts. Well like a good friend of mine loves to say “love the music, hate the fans” it is important to bring credibility back to the source. You can never win against the wave of copy-cat dogma but that should not take away from the incredible actions that are being taken to sort out this basic human crisis. “80% of the world’s hungry are directly involved in food production” is painful statistic to read. I hope, with all our technology, in my lifetime I will be able to see this one turned around.
